Flavor & Quality:
Argentine shrimp are known for their rich, sweet flavor and tender, succulent texture. They're often compared to lobster or langoustine because of their luxurious flavor profile. This is due to their natural, varied diet. Thanks to their easy-peel shell, they're also easy to peel.
Prepare:
Without the head, but still with the shell. This makes it easier for your guests and also preserves the flavor. Delicious in a pasta with garlic and white wine, or incorporated into a refreshing ceviche. Now that's truly Argentinian! You can also use the shells to make a delicious broth, although you will have to peel them first.
