Taste & Quality
Argentinian prawns are known for their rich, sweet flavor and soft, juicy texture. They are often compared to lobster or langoustine due to their luxurious flavor profile. This is due to their natural, varied diet. Furthermore, thanks to the easy-peel shell, you can peel them easily.

Prepare:
Without the head, but still with the shell. This makes it easier for your guests and also preserves the flavor. Delicious in a pasta with garlic and white wine, or incorporated into a refreshing ceviche. Now that's truly Argentinian! You can also use the shells to make a delicious broth, although you will have to peel them first.

Certifications & Sustainability
Our Argentine shrimp are wild-caught, and the fishery is working towards ongoing MSC certification. Thanks to their rapid growth cycle and natural habitat, they are caught sustainably.

Thawing tip:
Thaw the shrimp slowly in the refrigerator (8-12 hours) for the best texture and flavor. For a faster method, place them in a sealed bag in cold water and change the water every 10 minutes. Avoid using hot water or the microwave.

Packaging
