A torpedo filled with flavor: our torpedo shrimp are made from the finest Vannamei shrimp from Vietnam and coated in a crispy layer of breadcrumbs. We freeze them at very low temperatures to preserve the flavor and quality of the shrimp. Moreover, our Vannamei shrimp are ASC-certified, which is good for both animals and the environment.

Torpedo
shrimp are a beloved classic in the kitchen and a perfect choice for those who love crispy fried shrimp. They are made from premium Vannamei shrimp that we import ourselves from Vietnam. Vannamei shrimp are known for their mild, slightly sweet flavor and firm texture, making them ideal for this crunchy treat.
Preparation:
Our torpedo shrimp are already breaded and only need to be fried. You can prepare them in several ways:
- Frying: Heat oil to 180°C and fry the shrimps for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Oven: Bake the shrimps at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Airfryer: Bake them at 180°C for 8-10 minutes for a healthier preparation.
Serve with chili sauce or garlic mayonnaise.
Difference from Ebi Fry Shrimp:
Ebi Fry shrimp are also breaded Vannamei shrimp with the tails still on, but they are breaded with Panko, Japanese breadcrumbs. The breading of torpedo shrimp is slightly thinner and crispier.
