We've frozen the fish in such a way that all the flavors, minerals, and textures are preserved. Our cod is therefore deliciously tender and juicy with a beautiful texture.
Preparation:
You might be familiar with the classic cod in butter sauce. If that's not your thing, you can also grill the fillets with a little olive oil for a crispy finish. Sauté with fresh herbs, such as thyme and rosemary, and garlic. Serve with a tasty garnish and lime wedges. Deliciously light and healthy!

Thawing tip:
