Description
This
favorite fish from Norway and Iceland is rich in protein, low in fat, and a source of omega-3 fatty acids. Very healthy and delicious, too. The centuries-old cod fishery in our cold, northern waters can certainly continue for a while longer.

We have frozen the fish in such a way that all flavors, minerals, and textures are preserved. Our cod is therefore deliciously tender and juicy and has a beautiful texture.
Preparation:
You might be familiar with the classic cod in butter sauce. If that's not your thing, you can also grill the fillets with a little olive oil for a crispy finish. Sauté with fresh herbs, such as thyme and rosemary, and garlic. Serve with a tasty garnish and lime wedges. Deliciously light and healthy!

Thawing tip:
For the best taste and texture, let cod thaw slowly in the refrigerator (8-12 hours). Want to speed things up? Place the fish in a sealed bag and soak in cold water. Avoid hot water or the microwave, as this can damage the fish's texture.
