Description

rings
are a true favorite in kitchens around the world. Cut from the tough shell of the Illex squid, they are known for their tender flavor and ideal texture. Perfect for frying, grilling, or stir-frying. Whether you're going for classic calamari or an Asian stir-fry, squid rings offer endless possibilities!

Taste & Quality:
Golden Ocean's frozen calamari is loved for its quick and easy preparation. Briefly frying or deep-frying them at a high temperature keeps them tender and juicy. Want to cook them longer? Cook them slowly and at a low temperature to prevent toughness and maximize the subtle flavor.

Preparation:
Coat the rings in flour or a light beer batter and fry for 2 minutes until golden brown. Serve with garlic sauce, aioli, or a refreshing lemon mayonnaise.

Thawing tip:
Let the squid rings thaw slowly in the refrigerator (8-12 hours) for the best texture and flavor. Need less time? Place the rings in a sealed bag in cold water and let them thaw for 30-60 minutes. Avoid using hot water or the microwave to maintain their quality.

Packaging
The fish is packed per kilo, always in boxes of 10 kilos.
