Our Wakame Seaweed Salad is a delicious, ready-to-eat seaweed salad made from premium Wakame seaweed, which is cultivated locally in the waters surrounding China. Wakame is rich in vitamins (A, C, and K) and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and iodine. Furthermore, seaweed is very low in calories.

Use
the Wakame seaweed as a side dish, in a wrap, or as a topping for a poke bowl, for example.

Thawing tip:
Allow a bag of Wakame seaweed to thaw slowly in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, or speed up the process by placing the package in cold water for about 30 minutes. Avoid using the microwave, as this may affect the texture of the seaweed.
