is truly the finest piece of tuna available. Boneless and skinless with the highest fat percentage, it's a delicious piece of fish. You'll taste its character, as this fish rockets through the water like a true athlete, its streamlined body and powerful tail.

The result of this active lifestyle at 250 meters depth is a texture reminiscent of meat and a flavor full of character. Perfect for a lightly grilled steak.
Preparation:
This fish is best served raw or very briefly cooked at a high temperature. Sashimi-quality tuna loins are especially good for delicious sushi or, yes, sashimi. Cut the loin into thin slices and serve immediately. Is that all? Yes, for this quality. You can also serve the sashimi with some soy sauce and sesame oil. Serve at room temperature for the best flavor.
Thawing tip:
For best results, thaw the tuna loin slowly in the refrigerator (8-12 hours). Thawing too quickly will compromise the quality of this fish. Do not use a microwave or lukewarm or warm water.
