Description
Tuna
Skewers are ready-made skewers with Yellowfin tuna cubes, perfect for grilling or barbecuing. Thanks to their firm texture, the cubes remain beautifully intact during cooking. The tuna is wild-caught in Vietnam, carefully selected, and immediately frozen for optimal quality. We use IQF: a freezing method that prioritizes the preservation of flavor, texture, and minerals.
Taste & Quality:
Our tuna skewers are not marinated. They are made from the highest quality Yellowfin tuna from Vietnam, and we're proud to show it. The fish meat is still richly red, firm, and naturally raw.
Prepare
these skewers on the BBQ. You can add your own dressing or keep it simple with salt, pepper, and perhaps a little oil. Grilling them at a high temperature ensures that the flavor is preserved. They should remain red inside.
Thawing tip:
Let the tuna skewers thaw slowly in the refrigerator or under cold running water if you're short on time. In the latter case, make sure to keep them in their packaging and don't use hot water!
