Taste & Quality
Yellowfin tuna steaks have a full, clean flavor with a light nutty undertone. The firm texture ensures the fish retains its shape perfectly when frying, grilling, or roasting. Tuna steak is often compared to a beef steak in terms of preparation. Searing briefly ensures a juicy and tender result.

Preparation:
For a perfect tuna steak, brush the steak with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, and grill or sear it for 30–60 seconds per side over high heat. Very briefly, therefore, because the meat should remain nice and rare. The longer you cook it, the less pink the fish will be.
