Description
About kibbeling strips L
Our coarse kibbeling strips are made from premium Alaska pollock ( Theragra chalcogramma ). This fish is caught in the icy waters of the Bering Sea and the North Pacific Ocean. It's an ideal base for kibbeling and a cod substitute. The price is more favorable, the quality is the same, and the flavor lends itself perfectly to versatile preparations such as marinating and frying.
Taste & Quality:
Alaska pollock has a tender texture and flavor that doesn't easily fade during preparation. Moreover, thanks to our well-organized harvest, we can deliver consistent quality year-round. The fish is frozen immediately after harvest using the best freezing methods to preserve its flavor, texture, and minerals.
