Description

About kibbeling strips L
Our coarse kibbeling strips are made from premium Alaska pollock (Theragra chalcogramma). This fish is caught in the icy waters of the Bering Sea and the North Pacific Ocean. It's an ideal base for kibbeling and a cod substitute. The price is more favorable, the quality is the same, and the flavor lends itself perfectly to versatile preparations such as marinating and frying.

Taste & Quality
Alaska Pollack has a tender texture and flavor that is not easily lost during preparation. Furthermore, thanks to the efficient organization of the catch, we can deliver consistent quality all year round. The fish is frozen immediately after catching using the best freezing methods to preserve flavor, texture, and minerals.

Thawing tip:

Packaging:
We package the coarse kibbeling strips (size L) in 2.5-kilogram boxes. Each box contains 8 strips. We also offer extra coarse strips .
