Our tuna is wild-caught in Vietnam, carefully processed and frozen immediately after capture to preserve maximum freshness and quality.

Besides the basic ingredients like sushi rice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and sesame seeds, you can garnish the poké bowl with cucumber, avocado, mango, and of course, Golden Ocean tuna cubes. We also offer the most delicious Wakame seaweed salad to give this bowl an extra twist.
Defrosting tip:
Let tuna cubes thaw gradually in the refrigerator to maintain their structure.
