Our tuna is wild-caught in Vietnam, carefully processed immediately after catching, and deep-frozen to preserve maximum freshness and quality.

We cut these tuna cubes from the same yellowfin tuna from which we also cut the steaks, saku, and loins. So, top quality.
Preparation
Tuna is delicious in a special poke bowl. In addition to the basic ingredients, such as sushi rice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and sesame seeds, you can garnish the poke bowl with cucumber, avocado, mango, and of course, Golden Ocean tuna cubes. You can also buy the tastiest Wakame seaweed salad to give this bowl an extra twist.
Defrosting tip:
Let tuna cubes thaw gradually in the refrigerator to maintain their structure.
